At Redemption Roasters, our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work in our coffee shops on release.
We’re looking for a full-time Coffee Shop Manager for our Hampstead Heath coffee shop. You’ll lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.
What we’re looking for:
– A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example – Organised, proactive, and confident running day-to-day operations – Passion for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver a great hospitality experience – Moves with a sense of urgency – Excited to be part of a social enterprise with real impact – Weekend availability
Management or assistant manager experience preferred; coffee experience a bonus, not a must
Key responsibilities:
– Coach and develop your team – Run the shop: from coffee and food quality to team performance and customer service – Drive sales and maintain high standards across all areas – Represent our mission and values in everything you do
What you’ll get:
