We’re on the lookout for a fantastic barista to join our team. The person we’re looking for will feel comfortable creating a customer-focused environment as well as driving sales. They will be taking ownership of the coffee machine & grinder and will have a good understanding of dialling in espresso shots to different recipes. Great customer service and attention to detail are important, as well as effective management of stock, sales & time management.
We roast and cup speciality coffee on site and will be offering extensive tasting and sales training for our new barista – we really hope you like working with coffee!
The successful candidate will be directly involved as a barista in line with our brand, so experience with speciality coffee is advantageous. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Barista
Sales
Stock & Due Diligence
Close communication with directors
Maintaining our high standards of customer service & speciality coffee
Follow up with staff regarding delegated duties
Social media where appropriate
This is a 40 hour per week role with weekend availability. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good barista skills and a friendly and cheery disposition. They must provide references and be available to work weekends
