We’re Noxy, a growing specialty coffee and bagel concept with four locations across central London. Our newest spot in Spitalfields Market needs a dedicated and ambitious Head Barista who’s passionate about coffee and exceptional customer experiences. What We’re Looking For:
- Passion & Ambition: 1-2 years’ experience in a high-paced coffee shop environment and looking to grow with us.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Naturally interacts with customers and team members with ease.
- Knowledge & Experience: Basic understanding of store P&Ls, KPIs, and strategic planning.
- Specialty Coffee Enthusiasm: Strong foundational knowledge and a love for great coffee.
- Organizational Skills: Basic math, inventory management, and stock ordering.
- Flexibility: Available for a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Vibes, lots of vibes!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare top-quality coffee drinks to Noxy standards.
- Support the Store Manager in smooth daily operations and create great customer experiences.
- Manage, train, and support barista team members.
- Maintain inventory, ensuring supplies and equipment are always on hand.
- Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work culture.
