  • Oversee daily operations in our roastery, including order management, packing, and dispatching.
  • Manage scheduling and workflows across the production team.
  • Assist wholesale clients with choosing the right coffee — balancing flavor profiles, quality, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cafés, businesses, and partners.
  • Provide hands-on support for equipment — including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining espresso machines and grinders.
  • Use software tools like accounting platforms, order management systems, and design apps (e.g. Photoshop) to support operations and marketing.
  • Contribute creatively through newsletters, social media content, and campaigns that share our story and connect with our community.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has solid knowledge of coffee — from farm to cup, including roasting and brewing.

  • Can confidently manage logistics and team schedules.

  • Enjoys connecting with people and has strong customer service skills.

  • Is comfortable using software tools and jumping between operational and creative tasks.

  • Has some technical ability or willingness to learn how to install and service coffee equipment. (not essential)
